• Hair must be secured for all classes, pulled off the face and in a bun
• NO leg warmers sweat pants, t-shirts or shorts or street clothes of any kind will be acceptable attire. NO costumes or tutu. NO underwear is worn underneath tights.
• NO chewing gum
• NO food or drink is allowed inside the dance studio- including waiting areas.
• Proper respect should be shown to faculty and staff
• Parents and/or caregivers are to notify the studio by phone and/or studio e-mail if the student is to be absent from class.
• In the event of illness, please notify the studio of illness and keep your child home until a doctor clears them for all activities. This includes any ill siblings, care takers or family members who wait in the waiting room. Make up classes are always available.
• Students must be on time for class. Tardiness of more than 15 minutes should be avoided.
• Students can not be dropped off more than 15 minutes before their class begins or picked up later than 15 minutes after class is finished.
• ALL pre-school students must be walked up the stairs accompanied by an adult before class as well as down stairs after class to get picked up. NO pre-school student may be left anywhere at the studio unattended by their parent or caregiver.
• No cell phones are allowed inside the classroom
• NO personal information is given out to anyone for any reason.
• ALL correspondence is to be directed properly through the office. Students and teachers are not to exchange personal contact information including cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses regardless of the circumstances.
• Please mark all personal items with the child’s name. The studio is not responsible for lost/stolen items. Any items not picked up within one month, will be donated to charity.
• The studio telephone is for business purposes only. Please make pick up arrangements prior to dropping your child off for class.
